We have just completed the renovations at Mossberg Precision Diagnostics in Kalamazoo. Offices, warehouse area, formulation areas and bathrooms were among the projects being renovated.
The steel erecting is under way for a 29,700 square foot warehouse building addition for HyTech Spring on Lincoln Parkway in the Plainwell Industrial Park. The new addition will connect to the main building and tie into an existing building at the rear of the property. This addition will complete the long term goals of Delta Design Systems and the building owner to maximize the use of the property.
Foundation work is complete on the 9,600 square foot storage building for McDonald's Towing in Kalamazoo. Steel is scheduled for delivery the first week of February.
The glass entry way is complete at the Innovation Center at Western Michigan University's BTR Park.
The building shell is complete on a 12,000 square foot building for Jergens Piping Corporation in Mendon. Build outs and finishes will begin soon. The new building will be used primarily for fabrication and warehousing.
Office renovations at Parker Hanifin in Kalamazoo are being completed in phases. This method allows us to complete each area with minimal interuption to the workers.
New building planning has increased in the last two weeks. Many business owners are taking advantage of lower material and labor costs due to the economic downturn. Now is the time to start the planning process while we are able to offer this lower pricing level.
