Handing over the keys to a new building is an exciting time for a building owner, the occupants, and for Delta Design Systems. This is where we close the planning, design and construction loop.
Prior to breaking ground we begin planning the systems and processes that will maximize the utility and efficiency of your building. We design spaces, floors, walls, roof structures, doors, windows, mechanical systems, electrical systems and fixtures. When construction begins, our crews translate lines on paper into structures of steel and brick. But when Delta Design Systems hands you the keys to your new building, our work is not done. No project is complete until you, the owner, say it's complete.  When we hand you the keys, we do a comprehensive building orientation with you. We provide proper training in operating and maintaining your building's systems. We make sure your drawings show notes where there have been changes to the building plan during construction. It should be noted that changes are rare because our planning and design process is so thorough. We provide manuals and warranties for your building's components. Post-occupancy, we provide follow-up inspections during the first year to assure client satisfaction. Finally, we certify that all contract agreements have been completed.
