A 20,000 square foot building addition is complete at Mann Metal Finishing in Hartford. The new space will be used for warehousing and includes restrooms, offices and a break room.
Fema Corporation in Portage is expanding. Delta Design Systems is providing a 34,000 square foot addition to accomodate their growth. The building has been erected and we are making daily progress with the finish work and the mechanicals.
A 5000 square foot storage building is being constructed for McDonalds Towing in Kalalmazoo. The building is nearing completion.
Parma Tube, Inc. in Sturgis is adding a truck dock addition to their factory. The addition will allow indoor loading and un-loading and will feature an overhead crane to distribute product. The building process is going smoothly and we should have the dock in operation in a few weeks.
