The 29,700 square foot warehouse building addition for HyTech Spring and Machine on Lincoln Parkway in the Plainwell Industrial Park is near completion. Paving is currently underway. The new addition will connect to the main building and tie into an existing building at the rear of the property. This addition will complete the long term goals of Delta Design Systems and the building owner to maximize the use of the property.
Finishing touches on the storage building are underway at McDonald's Towing in Kalamazoo.
The 12,000 square foot building for Jergens Piping Corporation in Mendon is complete. The new building will be used primarily for fabrication and warehousing.
Delta Design Systems is in conception stage with several new projects. We are looking forward to starting them soon.
