We make sure your drawings show notes where there have been changes to the building plan during construction. It should be noted that changes are rare because our planning and design process is so thorough. We provide manuals and warranties for your building's components. Post-occupancy, we provide follow-up inspections during the first year to assure client satisfaction. Finally, we certify that all contract agreements have been completed.
